Come and Lend a Hand with Shalom Residences

As a volunteer board member for Shalom Residences, you will be intimately involved with determining the organization’s mission and vision and monitoring its evolution. Shalom Residences values diversity and inclusion and our board strives to reflect those principals.

There are a number of ways you could be of assistance. Through friendship and recreational support with residents, or as a Board Member or Committee Member. Please contact the office for further information.

Thank you for your interest in joining the Shalom Residences Inc. Board of Directors. The Board of Directors play a vital role in promoting our vision and increasing awareness and acceptance of people with intellectual disabilities in our community. Shalom Residences actively recruits new board members and they are appointed at the Annual General Meeting held in October. We welcome individual applicants with suitable skills and experience to help us grow our services in this community.
