Shalom Residences would like to express our immense gratitude for the several grants that were approved from the Jewish Foundation of Manitoba this past year.

  1. Essential Replacements Grant for a new stove and dishwasher at our Seven Oaks home and a new shed to replace a garage that had to be demolished at our Enniskillen home – $2889.00
  2. Interior Painting Grant received from the Women’s Endowment Fund through the JFM to refresh our Daffodil home – $4540.75
  3. Safety and Accessibility Renovation Grant to rebuild the back deck of our Enniskillen home and ensure it is safe for both residents and staff to use – $8000.00
  4. Senior’s Transportation Grant through the Tallman Senior’s Transportation Initiative to offset our senior’s transportation costs – $18000.00
